- I am a scientist interested in humanities and political activation leading to the betterment of humanity and the respect of human rights and a good life. I was a candidate for President of Peru in the 2006 elections. I have been active in unions as a vice president of the National Federation of Federal Employees. I participated in the modification of the Hatch Act that did not allow government employees to participate in political activities in the District of Columbia.
